Contest Procedure and Rules:
Food & Water Watch is working to promote safe and sustainable seafood. Much of the fish available in markets and restaurants is farmed or caught using methods that can be associated with some form of ecological harm and contains contaminants that compromise consumer health. Our guide recommends fish associated with the fewest of these concerns, both for human health and the environment. This recipe contest is intended to supplement the guide so that consumers can learn new and exciting ways to prepare the recommended fish.
By participating in this contest, individuals will have a chance to share their culinary genius with the world. Winners will be rewarded by getting their recipes published in our on-line compilation and will be joining the cause to protect our oceans and ourselves.
