Based out of the D.C. office, Adam engages in the regulatory rulemaking process and implements legal strategies, including litigation, to support Food & Water Watch’s climate and energy campaigns. Prior to joining F&WW, Adam represented scientist whistleblowers and advocated for greater government transparency at Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility and worked on water quality permitting for municipal governments at a boutique Clean Water Act law firm.
Adam earned his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School in 2014, where he focused on energy and environmental law. While in law school, Adam worked for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Division of Enforcement and interned with the Department of Energy’s Office of General Counsel.
