John Aspray

John Aspray is an Iowa Organizer with the Factory Farm Team at Food & Water Watch. Based in Des Moines, he is working with Iowans to build support for a factory farm moratorium and hold politicians accountable.

Prior to joining Food & Water Watch, John was an Organizer with American Federation of Teachers, and served as National Field Director of the United States Student Association. John was a student organizer at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, and studied Planning & Public Policy (when he wasn’t organizing).
